Healthy Macaroons

IMG_7956Muscle Egg Coconut Toasted Macaroons
4 Tbsp Muscle Egg Egg Whites,
1/4 tsp cream of tartar,
1/3 cup Truvia (or sugar substitute)
1 tsp Almond Extract,
2 & 1/4 cups un sweetened shredded coconut

Whisk Egg Whites & cream of tartar until stiff, whisk in Truvia.
Fold in almond extract, fold in coconut…
Bake in Tbsp size servings at 375 degrees for 15 mins.
