IMG_1660With Spring Break coming up….If you don’t have a gym membership or find it hard to get some workout time in for yourself while the kids are off school? Schedule that window and take it outside to the soccer filed or the beach. While the kids play you can get your workout done, leaving you feeling better about yourself and having added energy to play with the kids.

No gym needed, no excuses, us busy Mom’s still need to get it done!
