Beach Booty Workout!
Haven’t you always wanted the perfect beach booty? As a Brit would say, your “bum” will look terrific in a swim suit after doing this workout….not to mention your sexy legs too! I suggest doing this workout three times a week. If you are a beginner, you should aim to complete one circuit. For the more advanced athlete, you should aim to complete 3 sets of the circuit.
1-2 Mile Run (depending on fitness level)
Beach Booty Circuit
Beach wall step ups x 15 each leg
Plié Pulsing squats x 50
Repeat all 3x
(Note: A Superset means that there is no rest between the two exercises. So, you should do the Beach wall set-up and then the Plié Pulsing squats with no rest in between. You will repeat this Superset three times before you move on to the next set of exercises.)
Curtsy Lunges x 15
Squat Jumps x 15
Repeat all 3x
Be sure to stretch after your workout and eat a healthy snack!
