1/4 Cup Chocolate Caramel Muscle Egg Egg Whites
3TBSP Nuts ‘N More Toffee crunch or salted caramel
1/4 Scoop Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel protein powder
1 Small pot non fat Greek yogurt
1 Bar Lily’s sweets chocolate almond dark chocolate (melt chocolate before blending)
Blend all and place in mini baking cups in a tray.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds
Place in freezer for about an hour… Serve from frozen
