Caramel on Caramel… delicious low carb pancakes! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner…

4TBSP  Muscleegg Egg Whites

1 Scoop Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel Protein Powder

2TBSP Almond Meal

2TBSP Pumpkin Puree

1TBSP Chia seeds

2 TBSP Water

Blend al ingredients together until smooth, pour into a small skillet… cook on low heat for about 3 mins on each side. I added my favorite toppings,   2 TBSP Caramel Nuts n More and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries….. Enjoy!
