1/2 Cup of Organic Muscle Egg Egg Whites
1/2 cup of Oatmeal
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
One scoop of vanilla protein powder
(I used Quest Nutrition)
1 Peeled and chopped zucchini
2 teaspoons of Truvia
Blend everything together in the blender until smooth then stir in another quarter cup of fresh blueberries.
Scoop in 2tbsp into each muffin cup
Bake in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes keep checking.
